Only down .2 today. But I am happy with any kind of loss. And I had a Polish jelly donut with creme yesterday. Definitely not on my low carb plan. I have only been here 3 days but am liking the site alot. I love the recipes. I need to get more used to navigating here, but I am a Happy camper.
