Starting this journey for better me. Want to control the high blood pressure. This is all about feeling good without the extra weight. Not perfect but I am already feeling more energized throughout my day
198.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
