Had an awesome day at the gym today!! Burned 618 calories alone on the treadmill! That is hard for me to do!! I put the incline up and went to town! Tomorrow is my run day...last day to run 25 minutes before it is bumped up to 28! If anyone has some hints to help from getting bored during a run, please let me know. I've tried TV, different music...hmmm, just not sure what to do next time. I will be running next to my hubby, it will be the first time I think he has ever seen me run...LOL. We always go to the gym at separate times, but will get to go together for the next 3 days!! I am having a hard time getting all my calories in too? I had them set at 1100, which is what the "Biggest Loser Book" said to have mine at, well I then upped them to 1250 because I was losing more weight when I ate more calories, but now having a hard time eating 1250. I will just have to keep trying!!! i love to eat!
