I guess I should lay down some rules for myself. I learned in WW that I could not have my morning tea with real sugar and expect to lose weight very fast. That was especially true if I had any wine in the evening. I developed lots of 1 point and 2 point soups that I could eat, and they were very low fat. I still have the recipes I used. Here is what I am aiming for now:

1. 90% or less of the calories that fatsecret is allowing me.

2. Less than 20 g. of fat per day.

3. Get that cholesterol under 300 per day.

I have learned that I can stay at the same weight by using 100% of my fat secret calories, but I don't think I will be able to lose unless I cut the fat way down. And doing that also allows me to have some wine.

Also keep in mind the stuff that Marylil does not count such as: chicken breast, turkey breast, bread, pasta, rice, avocado, fish and seafood. And be easy on yourself, if most of your fat for the day was extra virgin olive oil.
