Getting up and awake and ready for my walk. I skipped out on it yesterday because on Mon I walked 3.5 miles, played tennis for an hour and then did an hour and a half of yoga.
So, yesterday, I cheated. I took my two youngest to see Harry Potter around 4:30pm and the popcorn was screaming my name. So I ate 1/2 a bag of plain popcorn *which only means no butter, you can bet there was a ton of salt on it* I'm almost afraid to get on the scale and see the damage I did!
When I got home, I ate 1 slice of meat with a baked sweet potato and FAO drizzled ontop. Had my supplements and LLC and went to bed at 9:30 (I was sooo tired!)
