Aurgghhh! How can one piece of pizza and a margarita weigh that much? Impromptu party last night and I just had to! Really?? Did you sleep well? No! It hurt! Did you enjoy it at the time? Yes! God it was good! Do you feel good and snappy and bright eyed today? No!
Well I hope you are happy and learned from this, you tank!

Your absolutely right. Pick up and go in! I’m on it- tomorrow. I must say the last two days have felt aweful and I’m out! Healthy and clean from now in. I am, who I say I am, if not? Why would I say I am! Healthy and clean! Join the revolution!!

Ya know I’ve been feeling the same way lately. What I wouldn’t give to be able to celebrate with some friends and not pay for it for a week trying to take the weight off that HAVING FUN left behind. I can’t stand this way of life sometimes. But if I don’t, I’ll gain the 80 lbs back and I refuse to do that
