“Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!” A thin friend said that to me in conversation. It’s true, you feel better, have better thoughts and are more positive. I think I need a t-shirt with that slogan to remember it. I’m going with the Maine Coon girl. I think I’m amping my fat secret to get some real info and real numbers. It’s not the scal numbers it’s the physiologic numbers that keep you living a long and productive life. Happy weekend dance. Why do weekends matter if you don’t work?
