Went to the movies at dinner time last night! I was trying to figure out what I was going to eat to deal with this.

I ordered an Italian Chicken Bacon Sandwich. I figured I could just eat the inside and toss the bread. Then the cashier asked what side I wanted and ran through the list. They had a side salad 😻😻😻 I was so good! I ordered the side salad with ranch!! And finished with a bottle of water.

Yay for small wins. No candy, no Popcorn, low carbs!!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
