Had a good day. No formal exercise besides a bit of hooping! I got the supplies and made my hula hoop today! Cheated and had Spicy Garlic Buffalo Wings. OMG...soooo yummy! Still stayed within my requirements so I dont feel so bad! Hope everyone is doing well!

OMG - I just cannot hoop at all! I wasn't even good at as a kid, so I am very impressed you can do it now. It is great exercise I bet.

It is SOOOO much fun! The hula hoops that I make are easier to do than those kiddie ones in the store. This one I made is weighted a bit as I but some water in it before I fused the ends! Yea...It is a good total body workout!! Especially in the Florida Sun!

I have a "bought" one, that comes to pieces, so it's really handy to take on holiday. I also use the gym one sometimes. It's great when you have a party, and everyone has had a "few too many" and are 'trying' to hula hoop LOL
