Started working out Jan 7th at 3 days a week, feb I went to 4 days a week, march I went to 5-6 days a week (missed one week due to strep throat). So up to this point I have been working out for 10 weeks and have lost 17lbs and 17 inches...I feel like I am at a plateau now and I have at least 30lbs more to go.
