I got an unexpected extra exercise. I went to visit a neighbor in the hospital who had a minor stroke a couple days ago. Well she is doing much better giving the hospital staff a,run for the money. They have her in rehab next week. But the hospital grew 4x the size since I was last at the place in 2008, Lol 87 degrees, got lost 3x, thank goodness very friendly guest services got me on track. But that is the most walking exercise I had in awhile at a fast pace. Lol did not even get a chance to sit down, when I got there my neighbor was anxiously waiting to get to rehab and get out of the hospital. She even got rehab facility that apt complex owns a street over and its,a high end facility.
