Good evening!! I went for a 4.5 mile walk and I didn't even realize it until I was done. it was so nice out. felt like spring. my hip isn't liking it now, oh well. it was all flat. that's why I think. it felt great!!

Great job, did the hip ease up I hope. Doc put me on 20 mg prednisone for my hip for 5 days tom. last dose no pain! Hope it heals by itself for you

Thanks. It eased a little. I have a bad ankle due to a birth defect. So its hurting so I have ice on it to see if it helps .
