So I put on an outfit the other day....it is not usually a sausage casing. Tried the scale... 210!! Have gained all back that I lost last year in just a few months! Not amused. I've been thrown for a loop and spent s bit of time having a pity party with SUPER CARB SNAX. I even have my sugar monster back. Apparently for me the only to loose and keep it off is to obsess over food. Try not to laugh too hard It is difficult to learn a healthy obsession... LOL the unhealthy ones are easy.
