We do the 2 mile walk away the pounds twice a week at work

I did the first time I ever lost weight. I lived in avery rural town with no gym so Walmart always sold out of exercise DVDs lol. This is how I got started. They are easy to follow and no ridiculous crazy moves so I enjoyed them. Out of all my DVDs that's the ones I kept because I loved them. Even now, even though I have a gym that I use almost daily, if I find I am stuck at home I do the 4 or 5 miles and I throw in some very light weight hand weights. That helps also.

oh I love the zumba soundtracks and the virtual walking trails for treadmill and Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home on you tube. Its all I have, so Im doing them. which ones are you using?
