Saturday night went to Great granddaughter's ice skating birthday party. Got on ice, walked around hanging onto the wall for dear life about 10 feet and thought better of it.
Didn't eat cake or pizza or drink soda.
Got home too late to eat anything substantial, so had a peanut butter and banana sandwich and an orange. Not good but better than cake and soda. Bought an eggplant. Hoping to do something creative with it. It was a good day.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
