I'm doing more than just losing weight. I'm re-making my eating habits. Not for the first time. In the past I've cut portions and cut fats--my main approach--and gradually slipped back. This time I'm going to continue to keep an eye on both. I'm not "going off" this diet even when I reach my ideal weight.
