Aww-Haaa... I found out what has been wrecking havoc w/my LCHF. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I went through the last 7 days, and out of those 7 days I had an 'unsweetened iced black tea' from Starbucks 3Xs... I just found the nutritional value on its website, and it has 19 grams of sugar in its blended black tea. Argggggg.... Lesson learned. (I added it to the food database so others don't make the same mistake thinking 'Unsweetened is really Unsweetened.)

I wonder how long it is going to take me to get back into Ketosis from my beverage mistake yesterday?

I have been looking at bluetooth smart body composition scales. I have a few picked out on Amazon. I like the one that shows everything at the same time on the screen. What does everyone else use to check for fat % and tat losses?

I am following the LCHF my doctor gave me and diet doctor, but I was just looking at a website called ruled.me and it has slightly different guidelines: 1 hr weight lifting in the a.m., 30-40 minutes walking, and here is what the Keto Calculator came up for me: Based on your inputs, we suggest you eat: 1038 calories. From those, 67g fats, 20g net carbs, and 90g protein. Geezzzz...
