Starting hcg diet. Days one and two I am required to pig out! Then 500 cal diet!
190.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2740 kcal Fat: 95.50g | Prot: 74.00g | Carb: 406.50g.   Breakfast: Sausage, Egg, & Cheese on a Croissant. Lunch: Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz), French Fries (Large), McDouble. Dinner: Sundrop Citrus Soda, 6oz low fat raspberry yogurt, 100% Natural String Cheese, Fruit Snacks. more...

Hey, make sure you really do pig out. If you don't the first week will be miserable. I tried to pig out, but the HCG took away my appetite on day one and day two. I didn't think I was going to make it for awhile there. Good luck to you. I know several people who this has worked for!
