OK WELL IM KINDA SAD I HAVENT MOVED THE SCALE SINCE LAST WEEK,I GOT HOME FROM WORK LAST NITE I WAS SO HUNGRY ! GAVE IN AND HAD A SALAD @ ABOUT 10PM LAST NITE I KNOW ITS NOT GOOD TO EAT THAT LATE BUT THE HUNGER KEEPING ME FROM SLEEP.I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK I KNOW IM NOT EATING ENOUGH OR RIGHT THE PAST WEEK I DONT THINK IVE BEEN GETTING IN ALL MY WATER EITHER BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY ,I HOPE I HAVE THIS FIGURED OUT

Goodness I thought you were going to say you ate something awful. Eating at 10pm is much better than going to an all you can eat dessert bar. I know it's frustrating when the stupid scale doesnt budge, but I've been there enough lately to know that when it stays it doesnt mean you aren't losing inches. If you have taken measurements yet, do so and keep checking. I'm sure this is it.

I TOOK MY MEASURMENTS WHEN I STARTED THE DIET HAVENT DONE THEM SINCE THEY WERE SO DISGUSTING !!I GUESS I SHOULD CHECK THAT I WANT TO EXERCISE BUT BY THE TIME I GET HOME AT NITE 9:30 I HAVE NOTHING LEFT IN ME, BUT I KNOW ITS TIME TO START TONING A BIT, THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION ON THE MEAURMENTS KMARTIN
