I HAVE GOT TO FIND A WAY TO GET SOME EXERCISE IN ............ I MEAN I WORK ALL DAY NOT HOME TILL 9 PM AND TIRED BUT I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO USE MY GYM JUST NOT SURE IF I SHOULD DO IT IN THE MORNING BEFORE I HEAD OUT OR AT NITE WHEN I GET HOME OR IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.I WISH I COULD FIND TIME TO WALK AS WELL IM BEGINNING TO FEEL SAGGY AND I DONT WANT THAT YIKES WHATS A GIRL TO DO?

well.. what is your schedule? I work 7:30-5 and then about 2-3 evenings a week I also work 6-11 so obviously on those days the only workout i get is stairs or if I walk on one of my 15 minute breaks. but my evenings I have off I try to work out (try is the key word often I'm so tired I sprawl out on the couch) and i only get one day off on the weekend so I use that to work out.. some. =)

I DONT EVEN HAVE A DAY OFF IM 7 DAYS A WEEK ONLY SAT I WORK A HALF A DAY AND SPEND THAT TIME WITH LAUNDRY AND PREPARING MY FOOD FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK ITS SO FRUSTRATING!
BUT LIKE EVERYTHING ELESE IF I WANT IT BAD ENOUGH ILL HAVE TO FIND SOME TIME SOMEWHERE RIGHT?

SHARIDOTO, IF YOU HAVE TIME - DO SOME IN THE MORNINGS AS THIS WILL KICK START YOUR METABOLISM FOR THE DAY AND HELP YOU FEEL ENERGIZED. AND IF YOU HAVE TIME TO FIT A LITTLE IN YOUR EVENINGS - EVEN BETTER. HOWEVER, WITH THAT SAID, EVENING EXERCISING CAN PREVENT YOU FROM FALLING ASLEEP FOR A FEW HOURS.
