Feeling really good this morning! I have an exam later; trying to not stress out and end up overeating or something, but I feel that this will be a good day.

Need to run some errands this morning, so I thought why not get the best out of it? So, I'm going to avoid taking public transport as much as I can and walk, after all, some places I need to go is not that far. I don't why I never had this mindset before..to just walk if I'm able.

I did quite poor on a challenge I took here on FS recently, but I'm trying to not let it get me down and just move on! With the little weight that I did lose, I'm still happy. Now it's time to continue with my journey, one day at a time.
