I starting eating healthy (AGAIN), January 2nd. I lost 4 lbs the 1st week and am down 10. I want to loose another 20-40 lbs. I'm a diabetic and have a job that I literally suit all day. I'm looking for low carb/sugar recipes... any suggestions were I can find some tasty recipes, including desserts?
