Today I want to start again. some of the things I need to do to make this work is journal what I am eating every day every meal and snack. I am a carbaholic and need to find other things that satisfy me. I also need to start walking every day so I can continue into the winter this way maybe I can envision spending the money to buy a treadmill and using it every day I can't make it out side.
