After church went out to Kentucky Fried Chicken came home afterwards. No exercise today I taken a two hour nap while husband watch the golf tournament..
Nasty rainy day! 😣

lol KFC how i wish, do you skipping rope? great for rainy days no excuses

EnnieB, lol no I do not skip rope, wish that I could. I do have and excuse, really! Both my knees have been replaced and also I have a total Left hip replacement. Actually, I'd be afraid to try this exercise even with a trainer..
