Today I weighed 247...which is insane I'm finally getting lower and lower and it feels GREAT. That's 20lbs lighter since December!!!

My scale sucks though so I always get off and on like 6 times haha...and hold stuff and step back on to test it. This morning it said the 247 but then after I stepped on it a few times it went back to 248 and I was like DANGIT!!! But I'm still claiming it in my head 'cause it's never gone that low before.

I also started double checking my weight at my gym (wish I'd thought of that sooner!) - and it does confirm my scale is accurate so I'm happy. I have MAJOR weight loss denial when I'm losing...I don't know why I struggle with that so bad...I never believe I'm losing until it's a lot.

What really did it for me today was that on the gym scale it's one of those doctor's slider ones and I could no longer put the first part on the 250...had to put it on the 200 and then slide the second part way over :)

THAT seemed very real to me :) <3

I can not wait until I'm in the 230's...7 more lbs...should be there by the end of February if all goes well!! Then maybe 220's in March??? Then 210 April??? May...under 200 for the first time in my adult life????!!! omg....
