A lot of people on fat secret suggests peanut butter for cravings but in my case it really doesn’t help because once i start with peanut butter I can’t stop going back for more.

And see that peanuts butter has SO MANY calories I’m going to have to find something else...any suggestions?

Try some almonds, cashews, hazelnuts , macadamia nuts, Brazilian nuts if you can find as an alternative!! Super healthy fats and eating in moderation will really help you with those peanut butter cravings :)

if you eat enough protein everyday your craving will go away. (1g for every kg uou weigh) but remember that 100g chicken breast is not 100g protein - its about 20g protein.

TardyErmine i tried nuts but like the peanut butter I can’t stop and nuts are also pretty high in calories if you don’t have in moderation. ( and i never have in moderation :) )

Redgirl12_3 I was also addicted to peanut butter, but i can switch off any addiction at a moments notice. I still enjoy some peanut butter every morning in my protein shake. So after gym doesn't matter if morning or night ill have a protein shake, mixed with half a cup of oats, one medium banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter :) for me that's good enough. Try limiting yourself, if you want it badly enough you'll make the change :)

I am eating what I want as long as my daily intake does not go above 1500 calories so if i have something bad during the day i suffer later because my quote is finished already. Breakfast is a must to avoid cravings all day

Your cravings will reduce, even stop if you reduce your carbohydrate and hidden sugar intake. Carbs metabolise very quickly, spiking your blood sugar initially but then dropping it just as fast. When your blood surag drops, your body needs more carbs and voila.... a craving and an inability to stop eating whatever your go to food is. Try eating less simple carbs like bread, rice, pasta etc and avoid the sugar in processed, refined foods like cereals. Also avoid any "low fat" food. Anything low fat is laden with added sugar. You are better off with the full fat options. The best foods to have when you do experience a craving. In my opinion, eggs, hard cheese and biltong, Eggs is the most nutrient dense food there is. Cheese is full of fat, which helps you to feel full and biltong is protein.

Thanks Jules559 for the input. So i guess i need to check my carbs even though i am counting calories...

Carbs and sugar can really derail weight loss big time. I highly recommend counting carbs rather than calories.

Bovril in hot water helps me with cravings or biltong 😊

no carbs and graving gone. Peanuts a legume and not good for keto or banting. Hard cheese and eggs a better option. Keep you full longer.
