Im going to weigh in once a week every Friday, I retain fluids so with daily weighing can be very discouraging for me. I've been looking at this keto diet that a lot of folks are on this site. it's something I may want to do for myself. I had Gastic Sleeve Surgery on 18th of November 2016. I've lost 110 lbs but as winter approached I gain back 6 lbs due to being a couch potato and lack of exercise. I really hibernate in the winter months. Im getting back on track walking on my treadmill 30 mins daily.

Your weight loss is amazing!!
Just keep moving, even if it's just a little bit every hour. If you're at home and have a treadmill, just get on it for 5-10 minutes every hour or two. It adds up and has so many health benefits.
