Weigh-in day is Saturday from now on I guess. I weighed today, no change, but I had just weighed Saturday with a 2 pound loss, so it hasn't been a week yet. Today and tomorrow are going to be sunny!!! So outside walking here I come. Still doing my Pilates 5x/week for butt/thigh, it is the only DVD I've ever used that I actually enjoy using. Can't find it online for cheaper than 25.00 though, and it's only 18 minutes, kinda expensive, I'll keep renting from the library.

Which Pilates dvd are you using? A friend of mine from church encouraged me to pull out my Denise Austin pilates the other day ~ I wanted to slap her! lol Not really BUT that chick (Denise Austin) is just TOOOOOOO happy! Drove me crazy but at least I can feel it in my abs today! Don't let not losing get to you ~ maintaining is just as important!

I've done a few Denise Austin, know exactly what you're talking about LOL. I love the Mary Winsor butt/thigh, she is NOT annoying and it's only 18 minutes, so very doable. Then I'm trying to walk for cardio 3-5x's a week (if it ever warms up enough!)

The ONLY thing I like about this particular Denise Austin dvd is you do 10 minute target workouts. You can chose what kind you want to do - like yesterday I did two, ten minute targets: 1 for hips and 1 for thighs. On Wednesday I did two but they were for abs and thighs. I like looking up at the dvd player when I start getting tired - at about the 8 minute mark lol - and knowing I only have like 2 minutes to go! lol
