It hasn't been easy trying to stay on a strict regimen this month. I have been weak and finally fasted for 3 days to regain control. I don't remember it being this hard the first time, but at least I don't have but 10 pounds to lose. Darn it! I want it to be easy, but comfort foods keep getting in the way. My next challenge will be Super Bowl Sunday.

It wasn't that hard the first time and regaining it was easy as pie. This time it is difficult and very slow. One step at a time. Sometimes, two steps forward, one step back.
