Sigh...

I'm officially back to counting everything - I'm not sure quite why I'm gaining the way I am. I'd say (the last week or so aside - although I didn't actually gain weight in that time period) that I've managed some regular exercise and I don't recall insane eating, but I've gained 10 lbs since Christmas and 20 since the summer. I'm now in that zone of of needing to turn it around.

Sadly, and maybe happily - I'm expecting guests for much of the next 2 months and I suspect that that will negatively impact my exercise since there isn't anywhere in my apartment where I can exercise without disturbing others. I guess I'll just have to manage somehow.

in the mean time.. better do something other than fart around on the computer.

lol... its -25 C here. But it is supposed to be only -10ish C next week. I'm hoping ot get out and do some walking. I don't think he'll buy into my usual aerobics work out... but maybe badminton. But the light is staying longer so soon it should warm up a bit more. May is usually warm enough ot play outside without risking frostbite and the snow starts melting in June :D
