Sigh...
I'm officially back to counting everything - I'm not sure quite why I'm gaining the way I am. I'd say (the last week or so aside - although I didn't actually gain weight in that time period) that I've managed some regular exercise and I don't recall insane eating, but I've gained 10 lbs since Christmas and 20 since the summer. I'm now in that zone of of needing to turn it around.
Sadly, and maybe happily - I'm expecting guests for much of the next 2 months and I suspect that that will negatively impact my exercise since there isn't anywhere in my apartment where I can exercise without disturbing others. I guess I'll just have to manage somehow.
in the mean time.. better do something other than fart around on the computer.
