Junk in thee trunk's Journal, 24 January 2018

A very good day. Lots of energy. Water intake was 118 oz and well above goal of 75 oz. I read that hunger pains would be gone after about 72 hours, but that’s not my experience. I feel hunger intermittently through out the day although less frequently and with less intensity than the first couple days. Added in some exercise today, 30 min moderate pace walk.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
