Saturday afternoon was a little bit rough. I over did exercise and had a reactive hypoglycemic episode, shaky, weak, light headed. It was a little scary. This was the first time I experienced hypoglycemia and it wasn’t a good experience. I added some coconut oil to broth and bounced back. I also slept poorly - mind racing, woke up several times, felt exhausted. I started adding protein powder to my daily routine. Now I have 1 scoop of plain whey protein from grass fed cows when I get up, and another in the evening. I slept normally for the last two nights. A great tip from Dr. Mercola. I felt much better Sunday and completely normal Monday. I feel great today. I haven’t tried exercising again. I’m going to try 30 min walk after my evening protein today.
