Is it better to feel good in the morning or evening? Good day yesterday, ate healthy with good portions. Had a full leg / tricep workout with abs and 40 mins cardio. Woke up feeling great.

After a great workout an evening coctail just doesn't sound quite as good so it never happens. On days without workouts its not quite as easy to resist.

So the question...?
