154.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Day 4 is almost over and my hunger pains have mostly subsided. The protein twice per day helps tremendously. No more hypoglycemic episodes, I feel completely normal. If I feel this good tomorrow I’ll start walking 30 minutes per day. If that goes well I may add a little yoga. I know now not to over do it.

super. yesterday i borrowed my brothers dog and did an hour of walking
