I'm looking at your chart and you are so close from your goal, what an acomplishment! It may take time to lose the last pounds but you know the expression, slowly but surely... You will get there! Have a great weekend!

i know, anne, it is a bit of self sabotage or being lazy, thinking i have already won ... but i haven't yet ... and this little 5 or 6 pieces of Peanut M&Ms habit i have has been getting out of hand too ... just shoots my sugar up, along with the fat ... there is a forum thread about sabotaging while being so close to goal weight ... that's a little bit of what is going on. tomorrow's weigh in will show me up 2, maybe 3 pounds ... crazy. but i will get there ... as we all can ... i just need to watch out for pitfalls. take care ... have a good weekend.

Yes I understand what you mean, the last pounds to lose and maintenance at the goal weight are a different challenge than the weight loss... That's where "lifestly" replaces "diet". And then stuff happens, events, celebrations, it's easy to forget about calories especially after long months of hard work, it feels good to be "free"! I'm wondering if we ever get "free"...
