Depression hits as I step on the scale today.
No weight loss, in fact seems to have gone up?
I hate feeling this way.
Still, going to hit the streets in a bit and walk as far as I can.
Its cold out here, but no matter, snow on the ground, I don't mind it.
Hope your day is wonderful!

try and take your measurements and see if there is a difference in inches in the end of the week... the key I have found is write things down do research read post here ..tweak what your doing and find out what will work for you.

I want to thank you for your comment to my journal yesterday, it is very much appreciated. I find that most groups here aren't that active and whatever 'human' contact I can get right now is helpful :-) Keep your chin up and try on old clothes, that helps me as Maxie4 said above your measurements might go down and body firming up. I don't like to 'take measurements' and I am a slave to the 'little box on the floor' aka evil scale but that is my vice, I can't get away from it. And when I don't see the number going down I also get depressed. Amazing how something like that can affect me! Take care & hugs to you :-)

Didn't you just record a three pound loss yesterday, RosAnnB? It's not unusual to see a stall or bump up after a loss. Just stick with it, you're fine. I hope your walk is / was wonderful!

Thank you so much all lovely people. The walk was a welcome respite thanks. It is so pretty out. Yes I will try to take measurements also. Does anyone know how that exercise works in here? I recorded it, but it does not seem to factor in..am I missing something?

I would do measurements too. My scale hasn’t moved but inches have so no disappointment. We all want fat loss here so the scale really isn’t accurate on that unless you have one of those fancy things. Don’t give up just keep making good choices and you can’t go wrong.

If you don't want to measure yourself...now don't get upset with me ..go to a full length mirror and look at yourself...yeah that can easily cause dismay too but continue daily you will see your body changing. wish you a happy and eventful day sweetie
