I don't have a problem writing on my journal either it really motivates me. I change my exercise routine around today i"m hoping to get better results.

Hi there,
I like writing in the journal, too. Motivates me and helps me see what issues I'm dealing with, and helps to "verbalize" what's going on, too. Also, I record what specific exercise I've done that day there, too, so hopefully later on I can compare what I'm doing to eventual weight loss.
I also think changing exercise routines fairly often keeps the body from getting used to certain movements. Changing things up keeps it new for your body as well as your mind. : ) Congrats on your steady weight loss progress! I'm impressed!

I like to write in my journal too. I need to change my exercise routines to include not only walks but also workouts. I plan on starting them on Tuesday.
