Spring is here, and I am so excited. I'm back on track with my eating again, I feel like it's groundhog day. I had a breakthrough this weekend though. Friday-Sunday I ate 'bad foods' I indulged in comfort foods b/c after eating the same foods for 12+days I was up 2lbs, mind you I shouldn't have even indulged my crazy by getting on the scale, but I did. Whatevs, so I ate some 'comfort foods' and I realized none of it was good, or as satisfying as it was in my head. It was such a breakthrough though b/c now I feel like I'm more in tune w. eating for life, instead of living to eat. I don't binge so that's not the problem, but I can eat what I have to b/c eating carb loaded and fatty foods aren't satisfying at all. I have a few swimsuits in the mail, so I will be 110% this weekend so I won't want to die when I have to try them on. I'm glad I have the Summit to look forward to, or I'm sure I'd be lax until like six weeks before Memorial Day. I started back w. Slim in 6 yesterday since I'm kind of over Insanity, and I didn't have a chance to get my RevAbs videos back from my friend this weekend. How I survived Insanity, and Debbie was still able to make me want to die, is just hysterical; I thought it was going to be easier, it wasn't. The leg lifts, wow. I'm really afraid of Burn It Up tonight. I do love Debbie though, I swear whenever I do a SI6 workout, I get motivated to do more workouts, which is helpful, yay!

So the goal is to lose 20lbs, but I'm torn b/c I have no idea what that will look like on me, plus I think I might have to find out how to get an accurate bf% done b/c this scale is killing me; its def not measuring my progress.

I'm glad you said that about Debbie because I was thinking I should try different things but she is working for me. I feel like I know her. lol Keep up the great work Chris you sound so motivated.
