So I've been doing my Keto diet with intermittent fasting since 1/11 I've lost 9lbs so far. I need to start working out now. I believe I've lost more than that, but I will weigh again on Thursday. The getting moving is the part I struggle with. I know once I do I will be a beast in the gym and I will see the shedding of pounds. I don't know if I'm just mentally checked out in this area or what... Any suggestions??

Our local CrossFit started a New Years 6 week challenge and I joined so it would get me motivated and hold me accountable. I am very out of shape and I go and try my hardest and everyone is very encouraging and friendly.

I also enlisted the help of a friend that I walk with and go hiking with. (She’s very energetic and fit so she keeps me on my toes!) 😂

I joined a gym and have my 15 year old son go with me. He pushes me to do more. Plus it's time for us. He loves it!!

For fat loss weights are better than cardio....no u won’t get huge, i been going for over a year 2 days a week n I’m not bulky
