Whoa....Made my goal. 165 lbs. from a high somewhere north of 220 lbs. I wish I knew how heavy I was before I started. I believe I have really changed my lifestyle to be healthier, so hopefully I can maintain this.

Here is how I have changed in the last 2+ years:
1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Usually 60 though. 30 minutes are anaerobic (weights) and 30 minutes aerobic (jogging or biking).
2. Turned completely vegetarian.
3. Concentrate on eating and enjoying food.
4. Treat myself to non-food items such as beer, pizza, desserts, occasionally.
5. Took-up hobbies such as cooking classes, reading more, piano, etc.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
