Resting with cup of Yogi Deep Breath Tea(great flavor, I love it :)) after 30 minutes of Biggest Loser Cardio max. I measure in a Google Maps nearby park that I ran yesterday. One lap is 900 m. I can run 4 laps. Yesterday I was mistaken. It isn't 7 km it only 3.6 km. I must start to make a 6 laps for the challenge that start after 6 days. My average speed for 4 laps is 10 km/hour its quite good. But may be to increase distance it will be better to decrease a speed a little. :)
