Had a fairly stressful day yesterday. Had wine. But still managed to work out-that felt good- do my 16/8 IF and stay under 1500 calories-I think_.... gonna just keep swimming, as Dori would say. I want instant results. Oh well, I'll take gradual if that is what I get. It's better than none and it's better than going up, up, up. Yes?
143.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most of us do.. would be great to have instant results but would we be as thankful if it was so simple to do;)
