My weight went up again this past winter and I felt like I lost myself. My mom came up with the idea that we should go kickboxing together at our local karate place. its been 2months and I weigh 162 but I'm thinner and more toned then I ever was at 154. Building muscle has helped me get into jeans I could barely wear at 150. I'm loving our new work out plan. and She's a reliable buddy who keeps me accountable and never flaks.
