Yesterday I was busy taking my daughter to a first day at Grade 1, and I ran a few errands.



While I was out and about I didn't have my mid-morning snack. I was tempted to get a sami on the go, I resisted with success. When I eventually go home i only had time to have my almonds before I had to fetch my daughter from school.



By the time i got back home i was supper hungry so I had my lunch grapefruit juice. I was still hungry so I went for my dinner:double cream yoghurt with maple syrup (heavenly!!),boiled egg and tussers cheese slices. I didn't have my green tea though I left that for dinner. Yes i had green tea for dinner. I made slow cooked lamb neck which was devine (I tasted it a little). I only had it for lunch today. Yay I stuck to my meal plan - it was not easy since I ws home.



Today I had my lamb and steamed green beans, it was as delicious as it looked- so worth the wait. I will hav it again for lunch tomorrow - it was that good.
