I’ve tried the empty plate picture thing...💁🏻♀️or plates with bites out of the contents🙇🏻♀️ Now I’ve learned to snap the photo eith my phone at once after I plate it and then to start eating while I start to post so I can report on taste and numbers for the meal! LOL otherwise I might eat the plate!🤦🏻♀️
