Well I didn't get to begin the 30 Day Shred yesterday due to DVD player complications. I'm really hoping to begin today. I did walk / run (for a very short distance) yesterday although I gained weight. I really wish I could figure out what is causing the weight gain. I like to believe it's muscle I'm building. :)
