Hi Guys!
My name is Lataya & I’m 35 yrs old with three boys. I been battling with my weight practically since grade school. Obesity runs rapidly in my family. Two years ago I tried a weight loss clinic named Aspen. I lost 17 pounds in a month. I really loved it. The duration of me going there my youngest brother & sister were involved in a brutal stabbing which led my brother to die but my sister survived. I went into a deep depression state which led me to eat my grief away. I guess I thought that was a way to deal with it. A few months after that hurdle the guy I been dating for several years decided to walk out of your kids & my life. That was very devastating for me & my kids. Once again I ate my depression away. I gained 19 pounds. If you’re going to be following me I just wanted you to know how I got to where I am now.
Going into the New Year I made some realization goals for myself. I want to start focusing more on myself & that’s starting with my weight first.Being this size has caused me to have high blood pressure.

238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
