Waking up is getting amazingly easier (although I do need to clean house more than anything today!). Getting on the scale this morning was pretty awesome, I was pretty worried that Saturday had totally screwed the pooch and that I had backward pedaled pretty far, but it wasn't as bad as I thought!
Granted, had I not fallen off the proverbial wagon I would probably be in a better place already, but woulda/coulda/shoulda doesn't get you anywhere and I'm happy with where I've landed.
