So today was really bad I ate tons of carbs and not much meat. I also did not eat every three hours like my goal was because one i was so tired because i was up all night getting my lesson planned for primary and so when i came home i slept and plus i woke up just a little before church so had to eat on the run. OH well here is to a better tommorow

You don't need to be eating a lot of meat. Actually, I would say you don't need to eat any meat. There are much better, leaner, more nutrient-dense forms of protein. Are you on a high-protein/high-meat diet? It's true, you do need to be watching your carbs, but supplement the rest of your plate with veggies & fruit instead of meat. Your plate should look to be about half vegetables, 1/4 starches or grains & 1/4 protein.
