Today was a good day, I ate almost what I had planned yesterday. I was quite pleased with myself. I just had more oats than I had yesterday. I had 1/2 and not 1/4. Note that this is uncooked oats so once cooked it more than a cup....not that it matters to me, i just thought I would mention it. It would seem that it worked because I breakfast at 6:15am this morning and had my 7 almonds at 11:00am.
Come to thing of it, it does matter whether you measure the oats before or after it is cooked. I think in future I will measure it after cooking. 1/2 cup cooked oats. To be honest the 1/2 uncooked becomes about 1and 1/2 cups once cooked.
Other than that, I'm happy with my eating plan.
My exercise plan needs some work.
